To become a Citizen Builder YOU will need to start with the Citizen Athlete Program first, it is the Prerequisite for the Citizen Builder program. Then, in sequence, the completion of the Citizen Shepherd and Citizen Lodestar programs will earn You the title of Citizen Builder.
